1.1 Conduct a baseline survey to establish current status.
1.2 Identify farmer groups.
1.3 Train farmer groups on PCM/RRA/PRA.
1.4 Involve the community members and their leaders through the entire project planning and implementation process of CIP.
2. 2. Pluralistic Extension.
2.1 Conduct a district assessment of existing service providers.
2.2 Strengthen a divisional networking of service providers.
2.3 Provide technical support to service providers.
2.4 Facilitate to make a divisional action plan of pluralistic extension service.
2.5 Facilitate location to utilize agricultural development action plan.

3.1 Conduct an assessment of existing and potential technologies.
3.2 Identify potential target groups and facilitate to link the target groups with suppliers of technologies for CPTD.
3.3 Verify farmer-friendly technologies (such as water harvesting, new varieties/breeds and cultural practices, post-harvest technology, etc.).
3.4 Conduct trainings to promote newly verified technologies.

4.1 Analyze process and outcomes from the Project.
