12. Expected results (outputs) 1. Regional Centres of Excellence (RCoEs) have improved infrastructure, human and financial resources to conduct regional research in identified priority areas.
2. 2.1 Regional Research: Generation of agricultural knowledge and improved agricultural technologies in identified priority areas facilitated.
2.2 Training and Dissemination: Availability of knowledge and improved agricultural technologies in identified priority areas in targeted countries as well as other ASERECA member countries improved.
3. Availability and access to Seed: Farmers access to seeds and planting materials and dairy genetic materials in identified priority areas in targeted countries as well as ASARECA member countries improved.
