TICAD 5 CARD Side Event
The CARD Side Event was held at Yokohama Intercontinental Hotel in Kanagawa, Japan on 3rd June 2013. Co-chaired by NEPAD, more than 150 people participated in the event including representatives from Burkina Faso’s Minister of Agriculture, World Bank, AGRA, and IRRI.
