SC 21 meeting, March 2026
The 21st CARD Steering Committee meeting was held at the Novotel Convention and Spa in Antananarivo, Madagascar on 9th March 2026. Co-chaired by Prof. Fatunbi of Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA). The meeting was attended by the representatives of Africa Rice Center (AfricaRice), AATF, African Development Bank, AGRA, AUDA-NEPAD, FAO, IFAD, IRRI, JICA, World Bank/FIFOFA and World Food Programme (WFP), East African Community (EAC) Secretariat, Communauté Économique des États de l’Afrique Centrale (CEEAC), Southern African Development Community (SADC) Secretariat and Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
