CARD Webinar on “COVID-19 impact and Rice competitiveness”
The CARD Secretariat organized the first CARD webinar between 9:00 and 12:30 (GMT) on 25th February 2021. The opening remarks were made by Hon. Gaoussou Touré, Minister of Rice Promotion in Cote d’Ivoire, the host country for the forthcoming 8th CARD General Meeting (GM8). The webinar received about 250 participants from 41 countries, including 11 countries from outside the African continent.
