JICA West Africa Regional Seminar on Rice Development
JICA Senegal Office organized a regional seminar on West African Rice Development by inviting the representatives from 13 West African rice producing countries in Dakar, Senegal on 18-19 September 2012 in partnership with the Coalition for African Rice Development (CARD) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Equipment in Senegal.
